By downloading, installing, or using Dram ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the operator of Dram ("we", "our", "us"). Questions? Contact us at hello@gotdram.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dram. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

You agree not to use Dram to:
You own the content you add to Dram — your fragrance collection entries, wear logs, notes, and profile information ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
If your profile is set to public, your collection and wear logs may be visible to other users. You control this setting in Profile → Privacy.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Dram offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. The free tier allows you to store up to 5 fragrances, log wears, and explore the social feed. Premium removes the bottle limit and unlocks additional features including full statistics, Wrapped, and referral rewards.
We reserve the right to change the features included in each tier with reasonable notice.
Premium subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis and are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorise Apple to charge your App Store payment method on the applicable recurring schedule.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple.
The referral programme is available to Premium subscribers. When a referred friend signs up and activates a paid subscription, both parties may receive one free month added to their billing cycle. Referral rewards are applied at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time with notice.
All intellectual property in Dram — including the App, design, branding, and underlying software — belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the App.
Dram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Fragrance data sourced through third-party APIs is provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Dram shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Profile → Privacy → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of Dram after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
